Terms of booking

The short version. Book up to 7 days ahead. Cancel at least 12 hours before, or the session counts as used. Every pass starts at your first session and ends by 30 June 2027. Tell your coach about any injury or health condition before you start.

1. Who we are

Zone Zero is run by Colette Parratt in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at [email protected]. When you buy a pass or book a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Sessions

Each session lasts 55 minutes, runs indoors and holds up to 15 athletes. Times and venues are on our live schedule. We may need to change a time or venue, and we'll tell you as early as we can.

If fewer than five athletes are booked into a session, we may merge it into the nearest session that week. We'll let you know before the 12 hour cancellation window closes, so you can move or cancel without losing the session.

4. Passes and blocks

Every pass starts at your first attended session, and sessions start on 3 December 2026. Every pass ends on 30 June 2027 at the latest, whatever its length. Passes are for the athlete who bought them.

Our capacity promise. We cap the number of blocks we sell so every athlete can get their dose. If there's no seat available for you in a given week, the expiry of your block moves out by one week automatically.

5. Founding athletes

Founding opens on 1 November 2026 and closes at the end of 29 November 2026, or earlier once every founding place is taken. Founding places are limited to what our weekly sessions can serve, up to 45 in total. Founding bonus sessions apply to your first founding block only. Founding athletes keep season one prices for as long as they keep renewing.

6. First Three credit

Complete all three First Three sessions within 30 days of your first one, and AED 150 comes off The Build or The Season, as long as you buy it before your First Three expires.

7. Bring a friend

When someone you introduce buys a block, you receive one free session. Ask them to mention your name when they book, or email us.

8. One offer per purchase

Founding bonus sessions, the First Three credit and any discount code each apply on their own. Only one of them can be used on a single purchase.

9. Payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams. You pay online by card when you buy, through our booking system. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see your full card number.

10. Refunds

Passes and sessions can't be refunded once bought, except where UAE law says otherwise. If we cancel a session, it goes back on your pass. If an injury or illness stops you training, email us and we'll look at extending your expiry.

11. Your health and safety

Before your first session you'll complete a waiver. Tell your coach about any injury, pregnancy or health condition before you start, and stop and let us know if anything feels wrong during a session. Zone Zero sessions are exercise and education. They are not medical treatment, and they don't replace advice from your doctor or physio. Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over.

12. Photos and video

We sometimes film or photograph sessions for Zone Zero's own content. If you'd rather not appear, tell your coach at the start of the session and we'll keep you out of shot.

13. Liability

You take part at your own risk. As far as the law allows, Zone Zero is not responsible for injury, loss or damage that happens during a session, except where it is caused by our negligence.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought a pass stays in place for that pass.

16. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
