Find your gap

Programmed recovery for athletes · Dubai

Recovery is training.

You plan every run, every interval and every race. Zone Zero makes that training count: 55 coached minutes of programmed recovery for runners and hybrid athletes.

Built for the tight hips, heavy legs and stalled times that come with training hard.

The assessment is free: two minutes, ten questions. Free November tasters are on our schedule.

Free. Two minutes, ten questions. Your result comes with your recommended dose.

The gap

Training is the stimulus. Recovery is where you adapt.

You train in zones one to five. Zone Zero is the zone below them: the hours after the work, when your body returns to baseline and adapts to the load you gave it.

Most athletes program the load in detail and leave the recovery to chance. A roller when they remember, sleep when it comes. The load keeps climbing while the recovery stays put, and you feel the difference as tight hips, heavy legs and times that stall.

Your gap has a number.

Ten questions weigh your training load against your recovery. You get your band, and the dose that closes the gap.

Race season

The season is coming. Program the recovery too.

From November to March, Dubai's calendar fills: road races, trail, HYROX and hybrid games. Your training load climbs to meet it. The athletes who arrive at the start line ready are the ones whose recovery climbed with it.

  1. Load rises. Recovery has to match.

A race build adds volume and intensity week on week. Adaptation happens between sessions, so the recovery side of the plan needs to rise with the training side.

  2. Program it like a session.

Athletes who put recovery in the plan, same slot every week, actually do it. In a race build, a free hour rarely appears on its own.

  3. Build it before the taper.

Recovery done across the whole block is what lets the taper do its job, so you arrive sharp, not just rested.

The simplest way to keep it is a fixed slot in your week, with someone else running the clock.

The session · Ground State

55 minutes. Six phases. One arc.

Energy climbs to a peak at Foundation, then the room brings you down, phase by phase, into recovery. The music slows with it. Your coach explains what each phase is doing as you go, so you can take it into your own training.

  1. The Grind

Soft tissue. Week after week of training leaves muscle and fascia tight in the same five zones. Roller work eases that tension and opens up range for everything that follows.

    You'll feelTight spots let go.

  2. Foundation

Stability. Fatigue quietly switches off the hip, glute and core muscles that protect your knees and lower back. Six movements wake them up, so your stride stays strong late in a run.

You'll feelSwitched on through the hips.

  3. The Length

Range. Running repeats a short range of motion thousands of times. Long, controlled holds through five areas give back the length, so your stride and hip extension don't shrink.

You'll feelLooser hips, less next-day stiffness.

  4. The Boost™

Lymphatic flow. Your lymphatic system clears fluid from hard-working tissue, but it only moves when you do. Rhythmic movement and breath keep it moving.

    You'll feelLighter legs.

  5. The Drop

Nervous system. Your body repairs in rest-and-recover mode, yet most athletes stay wired for hours after training. Breathwork flips the parasympathetic switch.

You'll feelCalm, clear-headed, out of training mode.

  6. The Reset

Your next 24 hours. One collective exhale, then what to do next. Fluids, food and sleep decide how much of your training you keep.

You'll feelRebuilt, and clear on what's next.

Most people leave feeling looser and lighter, and notice the difference on their next run.

The standard

The Zone Zero athlete is programmed.

They wake up rebuilt.
They arrive at the start line ready.
They keep showing up, session after session, year after year.

They measure the load and match the recovery.
They train the whole equation, for the long haul, on purpose.

Most know. Few do. They are the few.

From the pilot room

“I'm used to doing a lot of foam rolling and stretching, but I don't do it as often as I should. I have all the equipment at home, but it sits there while I sit on the sofa. It's really good to come to a class with other athletes and be led through it properly by an instructor, so I actually do it and get back to training stronger.”

Eloise · Jumeirah John's Run Club

“It would be perfect if I could do this at least once a week during my training. More would be better, based on how I feel after a Zone Zero session.”

    Good to know

    Questions athletes ask.

What happens at a November taster?

A free session, once per athlete, so you can feel it before you commit. Get your free taster ticket in Punchpass, then book a November taster on the schedule. Places are limited. If you miss yours, your next step is a founding block, or First Three once it opens on 30 November.

    Who is it for?

Runners, Hyrox and hybrid athletes, cyclists and lifters. If you train three or more times a week and you want to keep doing it for years, you're in the right room.

I'm not very flexible. Is that a problem?

That's exactly who it's built for. Every position has options, and your coach adjusts them for you. Range is something you build here, week by week.

How is this different from yoga or a mobility session?

Every phase has a training job: tissue, strength, range, lymphatic work, then the parasympathetic switch. It's programmed around your training load, and you leave knowing what each part did and why.

    What should I bring?

Water, comfortable clothes you can move in, and a mat if you have one. Rollers and equipment are provided. You'll find each session's venue on the live schedule.

    How do blocks work?

Founding blocks don't expire until 30 June 2027, so you can use your sessions across your races this year and next. Book up to 7 days ahead and cancel at least 12 hours before, or the session counts as used.

Your block starts at your first session. Book up to 7 days ahead and cancel at least 12 hours before, or the session counts as used. Every block ends by 30 June 2027.

Each room holds up to 15 athletes, and we cap how many blocks we sell so there's a seat for you each week.

What if it's not for me?

Your first session decides. Within 48 hours of your first session, you can ask for a refund of your founding block, less one session at AED 175. Email hello@wearezonezero.com.

Can I bring my team or my club?

Yes. Email hello@wearezonezero.com for team sessions at your workplace and for partner club details.
