The short version. We collect what we need to run your sessions, send your assessment result and keep you safe. We never sell your data. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].

1. Who we are

Zone Zero is run by Colette Parratt in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

Contact details: your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
Your recovery-gap assessment: your answers about training load, recovery habits and sleep, and your result.
Bookings: the passes you buy, the sessions you book and your attendance.
Payments: confirmation that you've paid. Card details are handled by Stripe, and we never see your full card number.
Your waiver: including any health information you choose to tell us so we can coach you safely.
Messages: what you send us by email or WhatsApp.
Photos and video: from sessions, when you're happy to appear.

3. Why we use it

To run your bookings and sessions, and tell you about any changes.
To send your assessment result and recommended dose.
To keep you safe in the room.
To send occasional emails about Zone Zero. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To invite you to the Zone Zero WhatsApp community. You can leave whenever you like.
To improve our sessions, using combined figures that don't identify you.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Health information is used only to coach you safely and is seen only by your coach.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted services to run Zone Zero, and they handle your data on our behalf: Punchpass for bookings, Stripe for payments, Tally for the assessment, our email provider, Google Workspace for email and files, WhatsApp for messages and Cloudflare to host this website. Some of these services are based outside the UAE, so your data may be stored or processed abroad. We never sell your data.

5. If Zone Zero changes hands

If Zone Zero, or the right to run its sessions, is sold, merged or licensed to another business, your records may transfer to that business so your passes and history carry on. They must use your data in line with this notice, and we'll tell you before it happens.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details while you train with us and for as long as we need them for legal and accounting reasons afterwards. You can ask us to delete your assessment answers at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it for marketing. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also raise a concern with the relevant UAE data protection authority.

8. Keeping it safe

We use reputable services with strong security, keep access to your data limited to the people who need it, and protect our accounts with two-step sign-in.

9. This website

This website uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. We may count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and don't follow you to other sites.

10. Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll tell you.
